Chandra Hare (Decae) R. Psych. (Provisional), M.Ed.

Counsellor

I believe that the path to healing starts with reconnecting with ourselves, our present, our future, our pasts, our ancestors, our spirits, and/or our family. Who are you? What works for you? What sparks that light inside you? What makes you feel most like you? I recognize that we all have the power within ourselves to bring clarity and healing into our lives. Through a holistic counselling lens, I will work with you, helping you to rediscover who you are.

In addition to my passion for psychology, I also have a passion for energy healing arts, spirituality, the moon, our energy centers in our body (chakras) and divine connection. Using the holistic lens, what sparks your passion? How do you incorporate care of your physical, emotional, social, mental, and spiritual selves? Let’s talk about this within our counselling work to help you understand yourself from many perspectives. I am trauma informed, indigenous allied, and belong to the 2SLGBTQ+ community. I hope to walk alongside you, working with you to reconnect with yourself.
