I am passionate about supporting people through their most challenging times. I understand the difficulty in allowing yourself to be vulnerable while sharing your story and I will hold a safe space for you to do so. I will provide a comfortable place for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, values and life experiences. I can help you discover the underlying issues that interfere with you sense of wholeness and inner peace, build your strengths and assist with developing healthier coping strategies.

I have a Social Work Degree from the University of Regina and continue to expand my counselling education within the mental health and family dynamic fields. I have been working in the Human Services field for over 21 years which has lead to having experience with a wide variety of people and situations.
