I believe that we are all capable of growing through difficult times if we put the time and effort in to do so. I am here to help you find the strength within needed to make positive, lasting changes in your life. As a yoga teacher and counsellor, I utilize a number of mind-body approaches as well as traditional counselling approaches.

I have experience working with the following:

  • Relationship issues (peer or family)

  • Behavioural difficulties

I am an approved counsellor with NIHB and Victims Services.
