Counsellor

I am currently a Masters of Social Work student in my final year of clinical studies through Dalhousie University. I am passionate about supporting individuals in their healing journey and strive to create a trusting relationship that encourages positive change and resiliency. I utilize a strengths-based, anti-oppressive lens leading with compassion, understanding, and empathy. I am a firm believer in supported decision making and allowing individuals to be the expert in their own lives. I work with children aged 4+, adolescents, adults, couples, & families.


I have training in Motivational Interviewing, Gottman’s Couples Counselling, Addictions and ABA Therapy. I may also utilize aspects of CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, or Play Therapy. I have experience working with:
