I believe in empowering my clients by providing them with a safe and non-judgmental space to reflect on life experiences and acquire the right tools to achieve their personal goals in counselling. I am passionate about being a part of my client’s journey where they gain insight into their cognitions and learn new skills to manage their emotional responses and carve a new behavioural pathway.


I tailor my approach based on the uniqueness of my client deriving techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MCBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Strength-based and Solution-Focused Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
